So the house on El Paso has some minor/could be major issues. Roof repairs in 5 to 10 years, floor joist repairs in 5 to 15 years, safety issues with the neighbors trees... It's a 1919 house. Will put it on the back burner. I really like it but...
The house on Spencer is more reasonable, all the pipes are inside the house. The back roof is flat and needs to be tarred and graveled, the closet floor is mushy and the deck is mushy in places.
Going to see about making an offer on couple... We'll see how it goes...
