The roof cert on the house was the wrong roof. There is a roof over the boiler room on the house that needs some attention. It is some kind of rubber. This is what needs the cert. Can they get it scheduled in time to close on Thursday, or maybe Friday. Seller's are pissed cuz my banker was not specific.
So, do we close on Thursday? Are they moving out by Thursday?
Waiting.... waiting..... it's going to be a long week...
