I did my first Irish Dance competion and was hoping real hard that I would just finish successfully.
So I danced a Reel, did okay. Danced a Light Jig, did okay and took 1st place. Danced a Slip Jig and totally messed up the last bit, but I guess the judge was not looking cuz I tied for 3rd place. Then did a Single Jig and just about got run over by the other competitor and did okay.
We did a 6 hand Reel and took 2nd place. I so happy !!!
It was a blast...
